Shipping Information:

All items are shipped within two weeks of order placement(provided items are in stock) and are sent via UPS (fees based on size and weight of item). *Party favors, in large quantities, will require additional time.

*Please allow two-four weeks during the holiday season (October through December).

*All orders will be confirmed via e-mail unless other specifications are noted.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since most of our items are personalized, we cannot apply refunds due to customer error (i.e. misspelling a person's name on the order form). In addition, personalized gifts are not returnable. Refunds will be given only if the company is responsible for an error. Returns will only be accepted within one week of delivery, provided they are not for personalized items. All refunds/returns will be less the shipping fees.

*Please note: If you wish to ship an item that requires assembly, unassembled, the shipping fees will be less than if you ship the item assembled. This is because shipping fees are partly based on a package's dimensions.
